Before you install
Does Giftify cost anything?
Giftify is free to install and use. If paid plans are ever added, they will be billed only through Shopify and never without your approval.
Will it work with my theme?
Giftify is built for Online Store 2.0 themes and runs through an app embed. If your cart has been heavily customized, email us and we'll check it with you.
Can a shopper get more than one gift?
Yes. Each tier is checked on its own, so a cart that meets several goals receives every gift it qualifies for.
What if the gift product sells out?
Giftify only adds gifts that are available to buy. Keep an eye on gift stock, or pause the tier until it's restocked.
Does it work alongside my other discounts?
Gift tiers are standard Shopify automatic discounts, so they follow the combination settings you choose in your Shopify admin.
