Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Giftify: Tiered Free Gifts ("the App"), built and maintained by BlinkEStudio ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.

1. Eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and be authorized to install apps on it. The App's storefront features require the Shopify Online Store sales channel.

2. What the App does

The App lets you create gift tiers that add a chosen product to a shopper's cart when conditions you set are met, and applies a Shopify automatic discount so the gift is priced at zero. You are responsible for the offers you create, including keeping gifts in stock, following the laws that apply to your promotions, and describing offers accurately to your customers.

3. Fees

Giftify is currently free to install and use. If paid plans are introduced, they will be shown on the App's Shopify App Store listing, billed only through Shopify, and never charged without your approval. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a paid plan affects features you already use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including accessing it in unauthorized ways, interfering with how it runs, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful or misleading promotions.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your store data. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and working correctly, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Changes to your theme, other apps or Shopify itself can affect how the App behaves. We may update, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales or the cost of gifts given through offers you set up. Our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the App in the three months before the claim, or USD 50.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. After uninstalling, review your Shopify admin and delete any Giftify discounts you no longer need.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.
